Résumé
L'étude est consacrée à l'examen des tendances actuelles du marché du travail russe après la transition d'une économie planifiée à une économie de marché. Des changements importants ont affecté à la fois le processus de formation de la main-d'œuvre ainsi que sa distribution et son utilisation. De nouveaux problèmes sont apparus, tels que le chômage caché et structurel, qui affectent les chances d'équilibrer l'offre et la demande de main-d'œuvre. Un accent particulier est mis sur la formation du segment des jeunes du marché du travail, qui est nécessaire pour une étude détaillée, car la formation professionnelle de la main-d'œuvre affecte la possibilité de construire et de changer le capital humain du pays à l'avenir et détermine la structure future. professions, leurs perspectives et la possibilité d’interactions avec le marché du travail mondial. Les tendances identifiées nous permettent de mesurer l'influence de l'État sur le marché du travail afin d'augmenter son efficacité et d'optimiser l'utilisation de la main-d'œuvre. La composante sociale des processus de formation, de distribution et d'utilisation de la main-d'œuvre se reflète sans aucun doute également dans les prévisions et les mesures visant à accroître l'efficacité du marché du travail.
