Résumé

La financiarisation est une catégorie analytique essentielle pour comprendre la dynamique du capitalisme contemporain et pour comprendre les transformations en cours dans le monde du travail. Cet article se concentre sur les interprétations de financiarisation à deux niveaux d'analyse: la transition vers un régime d'accumulation orienté vers la valorisation financière, qui peut se traduire par un faible taux de croissance économique et une plus grande instabilité systémique (niveau macrostructural); et la prédominance de la logique de maximisation de la valeur de l'action de la société non financière, ce qui implique une pression constante pour réduire les coûts et augmenter la productivité (niveau micro-institutionnel). La combinaison de ces niveaux d'analyse permet d'avoir un aperçu des liens entre l'avancée de la financiarisation et ses impacts dans le domaine des relations de travail et le processus de travail dans les grandes entreprises (impacts directs) et dans le domaine plus général. du marché du travail et de la répartition des revenus (impacts indirects). La discussion est centrée sur la littérature économique internationale, mais elle vise à stimuler le débat sur les conséquences de la financiarisation pour les travailleurs des pays d'Amérique latine.
