Sujeto político y orden social

Abstract

This work reconstructs three theoretical models of linkage between the politival subject and the social order, as represented by Hobbes, Marx and Laclau. Hobbes afirms that the political subject, the sovereign, creates the social and judicial order. For Marx, the political subject, the social class, os produced by the social and historical order. Laclau thinks, on his part, that the political subject, the subject of hegemonity, is neither maker nor creature of social order, but a process of constitution of a collective and general identity made up from partial and particular identities, that disarray as result of the symbolical desintegration of the social order.
