Resumo
Aerobic training leads to changes in VO2Max,physiological patterns and determinants. These changes can be interpreted by the identification of biomarkers, which can be associated with changes in an individuals' metabolic responses through their basal metabolic levels. Metabolomics, an emerging technology in the field of the omic sciences has shown to be an important methodology of analysis that gives a more individual perspective of these changes, since the responses to the exercise have a wide interindividual variation. The present study aims to identify changes in metabolic profile and metabolic pathways associated with variations in interindividual responses of cardiorespiratory fitness through aerobic training in hypertensive women.
