Resumo
Cet article propose d'analyser l'émergence des premières pratiques artistiques écoféministes, telles qu'elles se sont développées dans les années 1970-1980 aux Etats-Unis. Jusqu'à une date récente, l'histoire de l'écoféminisme était encore très confidentielle, habilement passée sous silence au sein du champ féministe et quasiment inconnu dans le domaine de l'histoire de l'art. Or la place qu'ont très tôt occupées les artistes dans le combat écoféministe nécessite de revenir sur l'histoire de ces pratiques pionnières afin d'en préciser les contours et les motivations.
