Abstract
Education can be considered as a strategy which provides conditions for individuals to have access to training or continuing education to construct new knowledge, which can contribute to their and the country’s social and economic growth. With the advent of digital technologies, we emphasize the mobile device such as tablets, smartphones and mobile phones, which enable through wireless multi-service networks, learning anytime from anywhere. In this work we researched on the production of digital educational content for Mobile virtual learning environments. We adopted the methodology of theoretical research, having as references authors of the areas of education, mobility and communication technology.
