Abstract
This research is based on a direct experience of reconciliation with contemporary art through graphic discourses capable of making society reflect on its development and advancement. Through first-person conversations between artists thanks to a research stay in Lisbon during 2021, theories and concepts are postulated that foster the artistic production of a set of current works on the pandemic and how it affects humanity. In conclusion, contemporary art is still possible, as well as its communion with society, so it is a choice for artists and spectators to trust each other again.
