Abstract
Considering the important role that university libraries play in the teaching-learning process of the academic community in which they are inserted, the objective of this work is to present an experience report on the implementation of the Learning Resources Center (LRC) at the Cesar Lattes Central Library (BCCL) of the State University of Campinas (Unicamp), in four main axes of action: Specialized support to research; Information training program; Production of informational content and Accessibility Laboratory. The results reveal a gradual increase in demand for the products and services offered by CRA both by the academic community and outside the university, contributing to informational competence.
