Abstract
BIBCOM aims to promote access to information, art, culture and leisure to the internal and external community, through its collections, projects, events and spaces, for different audiences and thus encourage the mediation of reading. To this end, it has worked on three fronts: collection, cultural/social actions and recreational spaces. So far, more than 50% of the multicultural collection selected for this library has circulated only in the internal community. It makes sure that the university library has the possibility of having this more cultural and leisure characteristic and thus expanding its possibilities of action.
