Phaos: Journal of Classical Studies (Electronic ISSN 2526-8058) abides by the best ethical practices for scientific journals, based on the Code of Conduct edited by the Publication Ethics Commission (Comissão de Ética da Publicação, COPE). All unethical behavior, such as plagiarism in its many forms, is firmly rejected by Phaos. Furthermore, when submitting a manuscript to the journal, authors are stating that they have not published them in a different venue.
