Abstract
This paper is intended to follow part of the arguments developed by Markus Fischer in the defense of a political psychology in Machiavelli. Verifying his methodology, our objective is to point out possible advances in the comprehension of Machiavelli’s texts, as well as occasional problems in this type of anachronistic approach.
