Abstract
The magazine Ruris, in this second issue, presents a diversity of perspectives explained in the themes, in the regions of studies and approaches that analyze the rural world. The texts invite us to travel, informed by anthropology, sociology, history, economics and social sciences, social contexts that range from Portuguese cuisine to coffee plantations in the Gulf of Mexico, passing through Pernambuco's mills and mills, through fishing communities in the South and Northeast Brazil and agrarian reform camps in São Paulo.
