Abstract

Although with clear regional differences, in the last  thirty years we have gone — clearly in the case of Spain —  from limited visibility in the academic field, with a low curriculum presence in Degrees and Postgraduates, often focused on offers of an optional nature, to a diversified
and consolidated offer at all levels of university education in the field of Comparative Education (Lazarus , 2013). Exactly the same trend can be observed if we refer to research activity in that same area of educational comparison with an international perspective.
