Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to present the voices of people who fought for affirmative action in the Graduate Program in Social Anthropology (PPGAS/UNICAMP) and the voices of people who was benefited from the racial-ethnic quotas implemented in 2015, with the first selecteds in 2016. Far from building a theoretical analysis on the quota policy in the country, this text seeks to highlight personal and collective critical narratives that help us think about the program’s paths in the antiracist struggle.
