Abstract
The present investigation intends to understand the elements that composed the narrative of the Movement of Landless Rural Workers (MST) in the case of the attempted eviction of the residents of Quilombo Campo Grande, in Campos do Meio (MG). I analyze messages posted on Twitter to understand how social networks are an environment in which the local dispute seeks to gain repercussion, multiplying supporters and acting in different fields and that the separation between online and offline is broken. In this way, I intend to contribute to research on social movements and also on anthropology in / of virtual media.
