Abstract
The article is based on Francophone materialist feminist theories to sustain the imbrication of social relations of gender, “race” and class. It argues that women as a class are trapped in a double logic of appropriation and exploitation. In this sense, it aims to show that neoliberal globalization, in reorganizing the work of anthroponomical social reproduction, extends this mix of appropriation and exploitation, by attracting to “devalued labor” large parts of the labor force, especially women.
