Abstract

The CIPA's website creation, in 2014, was a CIPA partnership with the Student Support Service. It had the voluntary participation of the person in charge of SAE computing, who used the JOOMLA tool, and the Unicamp's CIPA President, who prepared the CIPA's historical archives and recorded all events held in the management period. The website creation's purpose was to tighten the CIPA's relationship with members, internal and external academic university. It provided wide dissemination of news, photos, events, course enrollment, Internal Accident Prevention Week. SIPATs in 2014, 2015 and 2016 increased in the number of applicants and made the health, safety and environment work popular at the University. The website was decisive for the community to access the online documents, monthly meeting minutes, work presentations, lectures, useful links, calendars and forms. The CIPA's electoral process was computerized and the community could access the public notice, enrollments, and online queries by voters on their polling stations. CIPA's documents could now be accessed by all interested parties and by the institutional inspection authorities from the Ministry of Labor and Employment and Public Labor Ministry.
