Demonstrate the efficiency of the Social Service action on the Hemodialysis program, through survey of hemodialysis requests in the period from January 2015 to June 2016. A quantitative study was used to prepare this study. On this study, it was possible to observe positive aspects of the Social Service intervention on the Hemodialysis program, such as: Decrease of waiting time for hemodialysis; Streamlining the city's transport schedule to begin treatment; Mapping and narrowing relationship with hemodialysis clinics. The security of rights, as well as the patient's quality of life, is grounded on the Social Service's ethic-politic, theoretical-methodologic and technical-operative commitment.
