Resumo
Este artigo trata da colossal Biblioteca Histórica, do historiador siciliano Diodoro Sículo (c. 30-90 a.C.). O principal objetivo é analisar o julgamento de Diodoro a respeito da adoção de costumes persas por Alexandre Magno (356-323 a.C.), tentando estabelecer algumas das formas de alteridade empregadas por Diodoro.
