João Quartim de Moraes: In the review you published in O Globo (“Prosa & Verso”, 1.1.05) of your book Fuga da História? – The Russian Revolution and the Chinese Revolution seen today, Leandro Konder considers that “the strict and narrowly economic motivation does not match the ideals of socialists, with the incessant struggle they wage against inequalities, against oppression, against injustices, and in favor of an increase in the participation of the popular classes in political life”.
