Abstract

To summarize, it can be said that Lukács' intellectual journey is an effort lasting more than sixty years to circumscribe the subjectivity of the subject, to define the conditions of an unreduzierte Subjectivität (an unreduced and irreducible subjectivity) and, more precisely, of a true humanitas of homo humanus.
