Abstract
Initially, I must say that the ubiquity of the term globalization is problematic, as well as the effects of its meanings on current thinking. Overall, the multiple and varied uses of the term suggest that something fundamentally new is taking place in the world, that a more or less total reorganization of culture, politics and economics is taking place. This is visible on both the right and the left, as well as in mainstream analyzes and alternative views.
