The new informational salary. On the borders of salary

Abstract

The article deals with the informational revolution and with the metamorphoses it engenders in the new informational wage-earning class. Besides the creation of new juridical categories of workers, with its consequent impact on the forms of social protection, there are changes in the relationships with higher rank workers, and with the employers, as well as in the forms of work control, in the qualification requirements and in the type of work performed; in the hours of work, in the forms of remuneration; in the place where the work is done and in the separation between work and non-work. Those changes produce new class divisions and new forms of struggle, which are discussed by the author.
