Abstract

Tania Pelegrini, author of several important books on Brazilian literature, has just published Despropósitos. The title, as she says in the justification that precedes the book, is in accordance with the essayistic nature of the texts collected: it is a collection of essays written for congresses and meetings and published in specialized magazines.
