Abstract
This article shows the incompatibility between the conceptual pair “emancipation policy /human emancipation”, present in Marx’s early writings, and the pair “bourgeois revolution/socialist revolution” present in his mature work. It criticizes the thesis of Georg Lukács and some Brazilian authors who claim an equivalence between these two conceptual pairs.
