The task, which Márcio Bilharinho Naves himself sets himself, of “dissolving the scientific titles” of law, “prohibiting legal socialism” and reducing the legal phenomenon to the “essential formula” of “mere, simple, banal, subjective moment of exchange of equivalents” (p.104) is certainly not simple.
