Abstract
The article analyzes the policy of neoliberal governments in the different countries of the European Union, the growth of right-wing parties in these countries and the initiatives and difficulties of radical left parties to present an anti-capitalist alternative to get support of European workers. It also analyzes the discussions on strategy between the left forces
