The class struggle: A political and philosophical history

Abstract

As is evident from the title, throughout its twelve chapters the latest book by philosopher and historian Domenico Losurdo addresses the question of class struggles: “what are the multiple class struggles, that is, the multiple configurations of the class struggle? ” (p.15). “Class struggles”, with all terms in the plural. This is the defense of an expanded concept of class struggle, which is now defined as a general theory of social conflict.
