Dependency and Marxism: contributions to the Latin American critical debate

Abstract

Over the last twenty years, there has been a fruitful and systematic effort to revive, disseminate and update the Marxist version of the so-called Dependency Theory. Numerous specialized publications, the holding of seminars and the production of academic master's and doctoral theses on the subject are some evidence of this.
