Abstract
With a solid theoretical and empirical basis, the author, professor of economics and PPGRI at UFBA, with a post-doctorate at SOAS-University of London and participation in events in China, presents us, within the best of Marxist criticism, a comprehensive analysis of the strategic reorientation (political, economic, financial and ideological) of the Chinese party-state. This built a great power of singular capitalism in a dialectical relationship between a reduction in absolute poverty and an increase in inequality.
