Abstract
This short text has the simple purpose of presenting the Italian Communists’ interpretation of fascism, the evolution of this interpretation and its differences with the interpretation of the Communist International. Antonio Gramsci and Palmiro Togliatti were the most important leaders of the PCI, as well as important interpreters of the fascist phenomenon, though certainly not the only ones.
