Abstract
Marx and Contemporary Questions, organized by Caio Bugiato, Lúcia Valadares Sartório and Márcio Rufino, brings together a series of interventions stimulated by the German thinker's bicentenary (2018). The book is divided into two parts, “Marx: politics and criticism of political economy” and “Contemporary dilemmas and the Marxian proposition”, and has twelve chapters, written by authors with different backgrounds and working in different disciplinary fields, offering a perspective broad and fruitful mobilization of Marxist concepts for the analysis of economics, politics, culture, geography, aesthetics, among other themes.
