Abstract

The book Communism by Cesar Mangolin inaugurates the collection “Deconstructing the commonplace”. The objective of the series is to provide, using uncomplicated and accessible language, theoretical bases for criticizing concepts that are usually conveyed in a confusing manner in public debate. Here we are faced with a format that has gained popularity in recent times: the elaboration of reasoned responses to generic statements.
