Abstract

The growth among new generations, in Brazil and around the world, of interest in Karl Marx's work as a key to critical interpretation of contemporary capitalism, its problems and contradictions, especially since the great crisis of 2008 and the cycle of struggles, is notable. that followed her in the last decade. Among other signs, this is verified by the auspicious strengthening and advancement of research supported by the Marxist approach throughout the world, inside and outside universities. On the other hand, this is an area that, in this context of intensifying ideological struggle, continues to face significant political and material barriers and difficulties, in addition to old prejudices and confusion of all kinds.
