Abstract

The book now reviewed brings together eight articles written by the Portuguese Ângelo Novo. These texts, although prepared and published separately, were collected under a logical-argumentative criterion specific to the exhibition as a whole, thus guaranteeing unity to the work. In short, it is a collection of prospective essays on the topic of socialist transition. The exception is the eighth chapter which, as it addresses the political scenario in Brazil, was specially included in the Brazilian edition of the work.
