Perspectives and problems of project of progressive government Mexican in the crisis current state

Abstract

The article explains the particularities of the current progressive Mexican government based on the implicit contradiction between its popular and modernizing Caesarist character and its policies restoring the developmentalist nationalism of the old State that emerged from the revolution at the beginning of the last century. The emphasis is placed on seeking the explanation of such contradiction in the insufficient conformation of a self-determined national popular collective will based on critical thinking.
