Abstract
The debate on the current status of the socialist movement and the revolution has developed, to a large extent, on the wrong basis.
Intellectuals from different political positions have debated the future of socialism and revolution largely confined to the narrow terrain of technology and the working and market situation of the working class. Economism, typical of neoliberal ideology, spread across several areas of the human sciences.
