Abstract

For the author, the economic system of the former USSR consisted of state bureaucratic capitalism, whose development and reproduction took place on a fundamentally autarkic basis. The Soviet State, in this line of reasoning, would be a class State that organized the political domination of a new type of bourgeoisie.
