The difficult suppression of commercial relations

Abstract

The basic difficulty of the question - how can one understand, from the point of view of Marxism, the disintegration of the Soviet Union? - is to clarify what we should understand by the point of view of Marxism. In this case, it certainly does not have to be the letter of Marx and Engels' texts. Neither predicted anything similar to the Soviet Union and the now-defunct "international socialist camp" or "real socialism."
